The Royal Horseguards Hotel, London

Our luxurious stay at this hotel was superb. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs with service that exceeded expectations. the room offered spectacular advantages with private facilities and elegant decor. We enjoyed delicious meals from the restaurant, in-room breakfast and snack bar with special diet menus.

We stayed at this beautiful, elegant hotel for a few nights and were impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff. The room had a lovely view of the river and a balcony, and the location was perfect, being central yet quieter than other West end hotels. With easy access to theaters and nice walks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Spacious room with French doors looking over famous landmark and river. Excellent services including turn down service, concierge, restaurant, lounge bar, and morning newspaper. Staff accommodated late arrival and served full meal. Lounge offered tasty late night supper and drinks.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel near Embankment station, right in the center of everything. The location was superb, close to all attractions and next to the Embankment underground. The room was spacious, with a firm mattress that ensured a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was impressive, with a TV to enjoy while having a bath. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. We loved the view of the Thames river from our room.

There were some minor glitches with the lighting in the room which made it difficult to navigate at night.

The hotel's location is unbeatable! It's just a few steps down to the embankment or a short walk to the London Eye. On my first night, the restaurant was a great introduction with some lovely food. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the river opposite my room.

The hotel would have been more attractive with a pool.

The historic building and grand lobby were beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions.

The room we were given had a disappointing view of a service duct. We were also disappointed by the unstable Wi-Fi connection.

I stayed at Royal Horseguards on multiple occasions for catching up with friends in London. The unexpected suite upgrade was luxurious, with a separate lounge area perfect for hosting. The staff provided extra stemware and the room had magnificent views of the Thames. The spa bath, Nespresso machine, and luxury bath products were delightful. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff helpful. The location was within walking distance to major sights, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The bedroom king bed with river view was extremely comfortable with a great view. Free mini bar. Nice large comfy bed with lots of pillows. The restaurant food was very good standard. The garden patio bar and food was also very nice with a peaceful ambiance. Excellent staff - they were exceptional. The breakfast and bar areas were very good with lovely food, perfect for entertaining visitors. Everyone made us feel very welcome. The hotel looked decorative and friendly.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and nice linens. The location of the hotel was great, close to the subway station and within walking distance of major attractions.

There were a few inconveniences. The shower didn't work properly and despite reporting it twice, it was not fixed.

I was really surprised by the beautiful historic hotel in a prime location. The rooms were wonderfully appointed and had great facilities. The staff were pretty good too accommodate my request for a room with a larger bed without any hesitation. The hotel's really good customer service made my stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel for its historical charm, excellent staff, and convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near a tube station, with great transportation connections to all parts of this city. The location was fantastic as we were able to walk to famous landmarks like Tower Bridge and Trafalgar Square. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities provided were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the fine views from our room. The staff were friendly and were really nice too ensure we had a comfortable stay.
